Main

     Qualified Trust Services Provider of JSC "CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" (Provider) is included in the Trust List and provides the following electronic trust services:

1) qualified electronic trust service of creation, verification and confirmation of a qualified electronic signature or seal;

2) qualified electronic trust service of formation, verification and confirmation of validity of a qualified electronic signature or seal;

3) qualified electronic trust service for the formation, verification and confirmation of a qualified electronic timestamp.

     For providing qualified electronic trust services, the Provider uses qualified electronic signatures or seals and cryptographic protection of information, which have a positive expert opinion on the results of their state examination in the field of cryptographic protection of information.

     In order to provide a qualified electronic trust service, the Provider provides, verifies and confirms a qualified electronic signature or seal to clients (except for employees of CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK) in accordance with the RULES OF THE COMPLEX BANKING COMPANY

    - means of qualified electronic signature or seal;

and / or

    - access to a part of the resource of a qualified electronic signature or seal, which is located at the Provider and store a set of private keys of a qualified electronic signature or seal (for example, a network crypto module).

    The Provider provides customers with a qualified electronic signature or seal in the form of:

    - separate software applications (software collections);

    - software modules (crypto libraries) that operate as part of other software applications.

    The Provider may provide qualified electronic signatures or seals in the form of separate software applications or software modules (crypto libraries) that operate as part of other software applications, may be carried out by transferring these tools on media directly to the customer or by providing access through the Provider's website.

     Key certificates generated by the Provider may be used for:

• authentication;
• verification of a qualified electronic signature;
• verification of qualified electronic seal;
• adjustment of encryption keys.

    It is not allowed to use the qualified certificate generated by the Provider for a certain area of ​​use in other areas.

     A client’s qualified certificate for electronic signature or seal is considered valid if at the time of verification:

    - the validity period specified in the qualified certificate public key has not expired;

    - the status of the qualified certificate has not been changed to revoked or blocked according to the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services";

    - according to the previous two criteria, the qualified certificate for electronic signature or seal of the Provider was valid.

    The Provider provides information about the status of qualified certificate (valid / revoked / blocked) upon request for interactive verification and by distributing the Certificate Revocation List.
